Kubíková focuses on productionof limited womeswear collections. Typical elements of her work are the stylization of shapes, simplicity, combinability and neatness. She finds inspiration in Japanese culture, especially Tokyo and its atmosphere, as well as in music and art history. Kubíková considers the materials she uses and their properties to be a principal and determinative factors in her art. She works with natural materials such as wool, cotton, and leather amongst others.
