Preľude is a Slovak women's clothing brand founded by Doroti Vojtková in 2018. The brand draws inspiration from traditional culture as its prelude, celebrating women who take pride in their roots and confidently present heritage in a modern and playful way.

Preľude collections focus on craftsmanship, a love for traditions, and responsible production, offering a modern and elegant wardrobe that respects both nature and artisanal skills. All products are made locally and ethically in Slovakia.

We carefully select sustainable materials or those with a low environmental impact, primarily working with linen. Our pattern constructions are based on traditional folk garment cuts, which help minimize textile waste typically generated during the cutting process. Stylized folk embroidery from various regions is incorporated into our designs, supporting the preservation of traditions and cultural aesthetic values, while making Preľude’s creations easily recognizable and unique.

A significant portion of our collections is made to order, ensuring only the necessary quantity of garments is produced.
